When do paid plans launch?
We're targeting Q2 2025 for our paid plans. Early access users will get exclusive pricing and priority access when we launch. We'll give you plenty of notice before any changes.
Will I lose access when pricing starts?
No! Your current usage will be grandfathered in. If you're within the free tier limits, you can continue using Jerni for free. We'll only charge for usage beyond the free tier.
Can I cancel any time?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time with no questions asked. Your data will be retained according to your plan's retention policy, and you can export it anytime.
